if its 70 to 410 ,how is that possible to take 650 from a single shit which also reduces healing and is dot

Umm... was he using a jungle item and smited you? Also can you link me the statistic page you're using that showed how much damage every single hit did? Death recap shows damage from all abilities, not single blows, so I'd love to see the resource you're using.
