It's a visual bug which Riot is working to fix, you're still able to use them in-game.

Ditto. I just got one from an orb and when I went to set it I only had the new emote and a cupcake. Everything else has been wiped!

I noticed that I have some of the ones I owned but 70 % of the emotes I had are gone... 911 yes hello
