New Client Glitch? Can't Click Anything.

I cant click my friends list, a creepy, virus looking dot is highlighting my ! tab and the outlines of the group and friends list keep changing and are unclickable. No more hextech, weird top outline looking like a crystal mine and my XP bar is pink.
