Dark Harvest Bug with stacks.

Might be nothing, but I did some testing on Aatrox Dark Harvest. I got the bot down to below 50% hp, and hit my Q on them a bunch and did not receive any stacks of Dark Harvest.

The only time my stack count increased when when I auto attacked a lower than 50% champion.
