Not enough IP?

I was trying to buy a Greater Quintessence of Scaling Cooldown Reduction, which costs 1025 IP, and I have 2156 IP... but when I put my mouse over it, it says I do not have enough IP.

What dark sorcery of incorrect math is this?

Did you spent IP that you forgot about? Sometimes your IP takes a little longer to update if you've recently bought anything with IP.
