Unable to see or change runepages

When i click runes in the league client, i see nothing but the client background.

In champion select it just doesnt come up at all, only thing i can see is a straight line and the button to close it.

Yet another massive glitch ruining the already fucked up and unbalanced game. I'll be over on HoTS where they don't ruin the game every 6 months and where they actually know how to fucking balance. christ.
