At about 19 seconds, the Syndra uses ult on Lulu and some of her orbs target ekko instead.

yep, honestly i think riot should just make it ult everyone in range, since it's a pretty weak ult right now

The reason why he ulted twice was becuase the ult got canceled due to Ekko invincibility.
Lol just imagine if that's how it actually worked though, so cool yet would be so broken.
