So I was playing a game with a Vlad on my team, and every time I cast my E as Gangplank while he was in the pool, it didn't give him the buffs. However, when I played a game with Fizz, I was able to give him the buffs on his troll pole. Is this a bug on the part of Vlad or Fizz?
What I understand is being untargetable applies to allied spells as well as enemies. E.G. I can't heal fizz on his trickster pole as soraka or shield him as Janna until he drops down. Vlad's pool should work the same. I'm guessing this has more to do with the coding of Gangplank being an older champ and Vlad as well. Fizz is relatively newer so this might explain the exception.
I would say it's a bug and fizz should not be able to receive any buffs from spells while on his pole. To fix it though, they might have to look at how Gangplank's E is coded.
