[CLIENT] Won't let me buy champion even though I have enough IP

As you can see, I have enough IP to purchase lux, but i cannot buy her. I don't understand what triggers this bug, but I assume that it is a problem with the client. Tested this on other champions, and it didn't work. However, it does work on champions cheaper than 3150 ip. Restarted Client, and still did not work. I believe this might be a problem with the server and the client. Tried in legacy client and was able to purchase the champ just fine, so it is probably a problem with the new client store.
