Dark harvest not stacking properly.

Dropped opponent multiple times below 50% and did not get a single stack. Makes no sense to have way less stacks than kills and assists combined. With the hotfix nerf the rune is trash, look at karthus still has much higher wr with aery because the rune doesn't work properly. Most games aery does a higher % damage of your damage to champion than dark harvest unless it goes super late.
