Jhin bug?
Not sure if anyone else has noticed that sometimes your autos will not proc the passive and apply the mark so you can snare, is this a known bug? It has happened to me pretty much every time i have played him.

You won't see the mark if your W is on cool down. The mark will reappear ~1s prior to W being available again, iirc.
