Red Buff Graphic stuck around all game

Alright, so I was trying out Jungle in the Preseason Map against easy bots, mostly because I wanted to see how jungling would be without worrying about getting counterjungled (considering that the bots don't even go jungle EVER). While I killed the sentinel, I died to the brambleback, but killed it with my death defied ability. HOWEVER, once the buff was done, I still kept the red buff graphic around me all game, it once showed 2 red buffs on me at the same time. Also I died once with double buff on somebody, but then THEY ended up keeping the graphics all game! I'm pretty sure this is a glitch of some sort, but I just wanted to point this out.
