[Client] Crafting Page Won't Load / Times Out

When I click the Loot and Crafting Button, it brings up the spinning hexagon with the helmet in the middle and loads indefinitely.

In addition, if I then try to enter any queue I will get a Connection Error that says the request to the server has timed out.

However, if I then go back into the Crafting page it will load correctly. I have to go through this process each time I open the client.
