[champion select bug] I was blocked for 5 minutes because others failed to select a champ or left

I am currently waiting to get into another game even though I accepted every game.

I did not forget to lock

it was not my decision to leave these games, I stayed in queue and was even queued up when I was penalized after leaving the queue while the timer was still up so I wouldn't get matched with another troll
