[Gameplay] Tristana Jump Resets Without Kill

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Tristana is intended to double jump unless she gets a kill. In that regard, the third jump makes sense to me but I don't understand why the second jump happened. Am I missing something?

Popping a bomb on a champ or turret gives a reset. Heres the text from the ability. On enemy champion Damage rating takedowns or upon detonating Explosive Charge Explosive Charge at maximum stacks on an enemy champion, Rocket Jump's cooldown is reset.

She also resets with explosions of max stacks Q's.
