Kalista's Sentinel passive interferes with Gangplank's Parrrley and Relic shield

I recently tried out Gangplank support and was paired up with Kalista, which caused some issues.

Kalistas sentinel bonus damage is coded in a way so that the kill is attributed to Kalista even when her partner causes the death.

In the past this caused issues with Relic Shield not awarding the bonus gold, which was fortunately fixed.

However if you try to use Relic Shield with Parrrley (which is supposed to count as a melee attack) the same issue still appears: relic shield is not activated and only Kalista get's the CS.
