Random Bug out of nowhere

So I logged onto the client ready to play some ranked. Right after I logged in, a message pops up (in the client not virus or spam) saying I got a mystery gift from Riot games and the message was "Summoner Icon", I was genuinely confused but I clicked the button saying "awesome". Then right after that message goes away, another one pops up and said I got lv5 mastery on Maokai, but I knew I already has lv5 mastery on maokai, so I am not sure wtf is going on but I clicked ok anyways. After that, another message pops up saying I got a lv6 token on Maokai, which makes no sense since I just logged into the client and I haven't played any Maokai game in weeks. Then I checked my summoner icons and no new icon appeared. And I checked my champion page and made sure Maokai was actually lv5. Then I checked hextech crafting and there was no Maokai token.

Seriously what is this? A bug?
