I am unable to join Queue for 15 minutes because of a client bug

I was in premade group and my laptop battery died, however I was shown as online and still in the lobby! My friend started the game because he thought I was there while I was restarting my laptop, the queue found a game and I couldn't accept it because I just wasn't online even tho it said that I was, got punished for client's bug. And the douche friend started the game again and I still couldn't accept it and got the 15 minutes unability to join queue fuck. Tl;dr I was offline client thought I was online and room master started game and I couldn't accept the game.
