abnormally low lp gain. and client has trouble exiting

i just got out of a game where i had won. i had only got 9 lp after 2 games ago i had gotten 20. my elo is not so low to where i onlyget 9 lp also, every time i try to exit my client it is making me control alt delete it

You get a lot less lp when you duo with someone, especially if that person is below your elo.

Loss Prevented for enemy team probs, and you got the 10lp (edit: a lot of people lagging)
