Right now when you use Q as xin zhao the animation is too slow (similiar to the Nasus Q bug) but this bug is all the time every time you use Q
Go hot fix or disable the champion because right now he is a trap to play

If I use Q then W, his first hit will hit but the delay between that one and the next one is the same as if he did not have W active, all the rest are at the increased attack speed. Seems that if I activate W first then Q it doesn't happen. Looks like it is keeping the attack speed you had when you pressed Q for the first hit and all others use the higher speed.

the worst is at early clears for the first time i lost 70% of my HP on the jungle as Xin Zhao
ATM he is a trap to play riot need to disable him because its not like nasus every now and then if the situation favor the bug this is every time you press Q
