Vladimir just pooled out of a rengar snare

I might have looked like it, it's possible he had merc treads or perhaps someone mikaels. If he was moving out of Rengar Snare than that's a bug. However, if it's no reproducible then it's hard to track it down. It should work as:

1. Vlad gets snared
2. Vlad is able to W ( pool ) but not move.
3. Once snare duration is over (but he is still in pool) he may move.
