Can't edit my runes in champions select

I just tried to do a draft game where I couldn't edit my runes because only the top border of the rune page window was showing up. I also couldn't use the champ select chat. The client window was basically completely non-functional aside from the ban screen. I seriously hope there's a fix in the works for this, I had to dodge because I couldn't set myself up properly.
