Pretty much the title. I just laned against a Teemo running DFT, and every time he autoed me, DFT would proc and add a considerable amount of damage. All told, his lvl 1 autos ended up doing about 110 damage a piece which is completely ridiculous.

I don't know where exactly they got said information, but I heard this at Ipav's stream.
