Regarding the Post Game stats in Champ Select: Riot please read and Pin until fixed

So far the temporary solution I have come up with is to hit home on the post game stats screen. Then attempt to match make for the game mode you were in. It should pop you back into your lobby. Hopefully this helps.

It has worked for me and several of my friends multiple times. It seems like a desync and this at least corrects it.
