Darius bleed isn't dealing all 5 ticks all the time.

Sometimes it skips the first tick, or it will skip one randomly, or it will do the routine but only 4 ticks total, not 5.

Sometimes it does a double tick right when the passive goes away.

Please fix this, this would indirectly buff him but it's a fix to his passive.
