Deep Terror Nami1 votesDo you happen to be using Avast internet security? If so, it's currently detecting League as a malicious program and blocking it and you'll have to take it out of quarantine.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesOk, try running it in administrator mode by right clicking the shortcut and selecting it, opening it from the lol.launcher.admin from the top of your LoL folder instead, or running it in compatability mode by right clicking and opening the Properties then Compatibility tab.
You can also try the following;
- Make sure your Internet Security Settings are set properly.
- If you recently did a system restore, had a virus or did a Windows reinstall, you may want to try Reinstalling League of Legends.
- Run through the RADS Fix in this video
