Zoe W star bug effecting drops.

Im sure some have noticed this bug, but i don't think anyone knows it actually does effect drop and its the reason i take W second more often. What happens is when you take W the star sometimes spawn on a already dead minion, which wastes the drop since the minion is already dead. Because of this it might be several waves before you get another drop spawn.

If im not mistaken her drops spawn at the same time in all lanes, so when it happens i notice that the stars are bot and top, but not mid because it spawned on a dead minion and at best you have to wait till next wave for a spawn. I think this needs to be fixed as its been in the game since her release.
