Erm. Blue disco lights of doom?

So, I just finished a game where I was playing AP Ez mid lane and we aced the enemy team at dragon and immediately after dragon died the enemy team surrendered. But right before they did and until the victory screen came up the screen would flash between 2 tints of blue of the game both light colors and seemed very weird. Other players reported seeing it as well.

We could still see everything. It's just everything was tinted those two shades of blue.

Was playing Pulsefire Ezreal and Dragon pretty much died as the game destroyed the nexus. I don't know what caused it or how, but seems like something that could be either funny or epilepsy inducing and may want to be looked into.
