[INGAME] [SHOP} Swapping to trinkets of the same family will sometimes put on 120 sec cd

Theoretically, "sidegrading" at lvl9 to blue from yellow, or to red2 from red1, should not change your current cooldown, but it will occasionally put a 120 second cooldonw as if you had swapped from yellow to red or such.
