cant pick a champion in pbe

i click my champion in nchamp select and it does nothing. it doesnt even give me the lock option. then after the timer runs out, im stuck and have to close the pbe client. how do i fix this and is anyone else having this issue

There seems to be a lot of client bugs right now, there's another thread about player ready checks declining/freezing. I was able to get into an URF game but not RR my champ or change runes
