[Bug] Super Blurry numbers on HUD

I've tried everything to fix this problem, but nothing works. I even tried repairing my client. The numbers on my HUD, the tab screen, and the KDA are all blurry and hard to make out

It's even worse when I'm trying to see my enemy laner's CS and it's too blurry to make out. I can't even make out my health and mana in this one
