Quinn's Q's debuff may be out-dated, and is wrong on non-champions

I'm fairly certain that the crossed-out-eye is the Blind icon, which Quinn's Q no longer applies. Using the same effect for two completely different CC effects could be misleading. However, regardless of that...

The icon is completely erroneous when applied to non-champions, given that non-champions are neither Blinded nor Nearsighted. Non-champions hit are Disarmed - and so showing them with a crossed-out eye is completely wrong.
