Bugged game

I just played a game that was really bugged. I was dying from attacks that happened 2-3 seconds after the fight. One time it was by a Karma ability and she wasn't even on screen, once was an auto attack from a Nocturn 3 seconds after I killed him, and there were a few other times where I took damage from champions who were definitely out of range.

Also, I was playing MF and my ult was fired in the wrong direction once and I had two times where it stopped firing about .5 seconds after I started it.

I literally died about 10 times due to bugs that game. Please look into it.
