j4 ult

so i believe this is a glitch of sorts but every so often when you ult, and his ult is a single target ult mind you. People will flash before you start your ult and your ult still goes off and you will deal 0 damage nor will they be in your ult....... this is a glitch and eitehr shoudl be on reduced cdr or the damage shoudl be applied.
