[Bug] Vi's E doesn't always apply when Guinsoo's Rage is active
You can see it at ~0:14 and ~0:20, for example.
I was derping around in Practice Tool, I don't recommend building Guinsoo's on her.

Which sucks, because Guinsoo's passive would be amazing on her if she could actually get to it. Unfortunately, she usually kills her opponent too fast for Guinsoo's to matter.
