Battering Blows

The Battering Blows mastery still says it adds armor penetration instead of the updated lethality stat. It's based as a percentage though, so I'm not sure if this is still intended? It seems out of place now.

EDIT: I guess I don't entirely understand the update to armor pen. Looks like this was not an oversight after all.
