[GAMEPLAY, UI BUG] All HP bars disappear when loading into a game, and more.
These bugs all happen simultaneously when this bug happens.

Occasionally, when loading into a game, there are no HP bars visible on any Champions.

Additionally, when pressing Tab to view the scoreboard, all 5 Champion bars are overlapped into the top spot, making them unreadable, and there are 4 empty spaces below. Dragging them does nothing to solve the issue.

In the UI at the bottom of the screen, the HP bar appears as a dull green, instead of a lime green.
The only way to solve the issue is to disconnect and reconnect.
Reproduction rate: Roughly 1 in 50 games. I've experienced this bug about 4 or 5 times over the course of 4 or 5 patches.
System Specs: Windows 10.
