[champ select] champ select dodges before champion lock-in timer end

Recently i have realized this happen quite a bit. During champion select, when it's my turn to pick, before the timer runs out, the champion select automatically dodges saying I did not lock in a champion, while on the timer I still have about 10 seconds to pick my champ.

Please fix this, I have lost quite a bit of lp because of this bug.
