Pantheon E Indicator Not Implemented

I've played pantheon for a few days and I noticed his E says that Pantheon's autos and E will be guaranteed crits against enemies under 15% health. However, I can't see any kind of indication of when I'm guaranteed a crit. There's nothing to let me know that his passive has activated on a target.

I know this isn't a bug, but it definitely should be implemented. For those who think otherwise, I'd like you to justify Khaxiz's isolation indicators, Soraka's passive marker, and even Garen's ult marker.

Kha was build around isolation not just free crits built in.

Soraka is a SUPPORT running to someone low hp isn't as much as damage.

Garens ult is a marker for one person t all times. It's his Villain. It's part of his gameplay/kit

Pantheon really doesn't need the marker.

It really shouldn't be implemented. Pantheon is already an easy champion, why do you want to make him easier?

As for the others, that is just apart of their VG, there is no need to have to redo Panths, VG just because people don't know when his passive will do off.

Khazix is an assassin. He NEEDS that in order for his kit to show numbers, because the dmg on anyone non-iso, is just bad. Soraka got hers when they reworked her and gave her a new passive. Why give her a new passive if she has no way to do anything? Same with Garen, he got his in his rework, and is just apart of his kit.

Pantheons crit isn't crucial to their kit, so therefore it shouldn't and won't be implemented.

And btw, it is super simple to know if it will pop his crit...
