Is Garen ult bugged?
I pressed R on the Vel'Koz, Garen was saying his normal brain dead yell BLARGHGHGHG when Vel'Koz flashed like a few inches in front of himself(away from me) and it cancelled my ult.
Is this intended?

That seems a bit short... Usually it's somewhere around a flash and a half away where you can escape his ult. Did anything else happen? Were you knocked back or anything, or might he have been moved further by an ally?
