[GAMEPLAY] Ashe's Volley SFX can be heard GLOBALLY (and it's really annoying and distracting!)

I played 2 games today, one with an Ashe on my team, and another with an Ashe on my team and also one on the enemy team. Every now and again, every 20 seconds or so, I'd hear a weird sound. Eventually, I figured out that every time Ashe fired her Volley, both on our team and the enemy team I could hear it, no matter where my camera was centered. It was as if my camera was locked onto her, that's how loud it was.

Nobody else in the game reported hearing it, but when I asked the Ashe about it, she said she realised that she actually couldn't hear the sound effect at all. So it seems like everyone else hears it globally and Ashe doesn't hear it.
