Bug that prevents me from moving and auto-attacking (fps/ping are normal, I can still use spells)

I have a bug that recently appeared in my games. Sometimes randomly in the game I can't move or auto-attack for a few seconds. I can't really include some footage here, because just watching a replay where I'm standing still like an idiot is probably not going to help anybody. And I don't have a program to record me playing the game.

**I hope there is somebody who can help me to fix this. Or if other players have the same probleme that this post is upvoted to get attention. **

Further description on what exactly happens to me: As above mentionend sometimes I can't move and can't auto-attack. This will last for 1-5 seconds in general, after these seconds everything will be normal again. During these 1-5 seconds my ping/fps are normal, the whole game arround proceeding normally. I can still use spells and they activate without any delay. Just movement or attack commands are impossible. When this happens I can still see my mouse courser moving arround the screen and the small green animtion that happens when you give a movement command still happens according to what I'm clicking on my mouse. The only difference is, that the cursor won't change into the sword-thing when I'm hovering above an enemy minion/champion. My abilities still active according to the cursor position. I can accuratly jump arround with irelia q during the duration of the bug. (It doesn't matter what champion/gamemode I play, there is no specific thing that triggers the bug it can happen anywhere at anytime)

To be added (to this post) in the future: When I have time for another game I will test out if I can still use spells without smartcast. Based on the result of this test, this will anser if all mouse-button related things are impossible or just attack and move

Edit: Update: I activated the repair-mode a 2nd and 3rd time and now this probleme seems to be fixed. Last 2 games I had no occurence of this bug
