Swain invisible spell particles

The last game I played all of Swain's abilities were completely invisible except for the last 1/4th of them which were buggy and not even in the right area.

Description:

Swain casts his root to pull, no spell particles go out, person gets rooted and animations of that trigger while the claw comes flying in from about half the lane away opposite of swain.

Jinx's rocket was also not appearing until about half of its distance had been traveled.
