I sometimes get bugged in game when I first get in, have to relog to fix

What happens is when the game starts, randomly I cant move but can talk in chat, I try to click ESC then exit game but it wont let me exit, even whe I alt Tab and close out there it won't do it until I spam and go back in for about 4 more times and by the time im back it's 1:40 or 2:30 sometimes.

This has been happening since this patch.
