Crowd Control interaction with Dashes

Summoned Tibbers' damage and stun are being applied to enemies who were in the target location on-cast regardless of whether they are still at the target location on-damage. Annie has stunned me on-top of Playful multiple times in one game, as well as stunning people who flashed - with them being stunned at their target location, and not where Tibbers is (note this is distinct from where delayed dashes go off while stunned, like Ezreal). I've also seen it kill a Kassadin who also arrived using Riftwalk and killed someone else at his target location... either he shouldn't have been damaged by Tibbers or he shouldn't have arrived at the target location to kill someone else. While I seem to recall this happening in the past, I have not seen it for a long time recently.

I have also seen Darius' Apprehend pulling people back from Flash, which I definitely recall being fixed some time ago along with other interactions (such as Fling, Impale, etc). It seems whatever you did a while ago to Flash has been reverted.

I have also seen an awful lot of abilities/basic attacks going off immediately after a dash even if the target was stunned during a dash. Yesterday in an ARAM game, Malzahar used Nether Grasp on a Tristana whom was using Rocket Jump on top of him - she got knocked down (as per his ultimate) and then performed a single autoattack and killed him, all the while being surpressed. I've also seen Kalista's perform multiple attacks while stunned. It seems that the autoattack timer is not being interrupted by crowd control (and I would wager this is related to the long-standing blind bug). (Could this not be a solution to all those bugs? Things like Nasus' Q reset the autoattack timer, is not possible to have a hostile effect do the same?)
