Blue trinket is bugged

"I searched the subreddit and couldn't find other posts complaining... but upgraded blue trinket, when directly upgraded from base yellow trinket at level 9, does not place a ward, and half of the time does not show a cooldown. In my screenshots, it happened to be the 50% that does show the cooldown, anyway....
