Karthus Bug (Passive + Q)

Alright, so while I was playing some Ranked 5's in placements today, I decided to go my main Karthus. Whenever I died though, I noticed something very Peculiar with my Q's. When I Q'ed, it showed the Glyph/Indicator thing at the max Q range at normal, HOWEVER it also showed an outline of the Q (just no glyph in the middle) at my Cursor as well. This got a little annoying later on because I was all "YES I'M GONNA HIT HIM" and then "DANG IT, IT WAS JUST THAT WEIRD Q BUG." If Riot could fix this, it would be appreciated. I've also noticed that most of the time I looked, his Q actually has a cooldown of 2 seconds instead of his usual 1 second. If that could be fixed, that'd be really appreciated.
