Your apprehend hit her, then her hooks landed. Her hooks landing is a "pull her towards the wall". If you had apprehended about a half second later, when she was pulling towards the wall, you would have stopped her dash, but she wasn't dashing when you apprehended her.
Nautilus hook does the exact same thing, if you try to displace him before his hook lands on a wall, the hook will pull him anyway.
You timed it completely fucking wrong.
