[GAMEPLAY] Azir's W-E-Q is unreliable as of patch 5.23

As of patch 5.23, I've been unable to execute Azir's W-E-Q drift combo in a reliable manner. What happens half the time is that his Q executes before his E. I read in the patch notes that Azir's code was changed to make his combos smoother and I suspect there is some issue with buffering his spell chaining that causes this. I've tested it in a custom game with a single bot and found that i can mitigate the issue somewhat if I slow down the chaining but this wont work in a real game where a 1v1 can suddenly turn into a 3v1 and u need to drift out quickly, and you can't really think about how fast you're doing it and slowing it down doesn't always work, even then Q can still execute before E. Before 5.23, chaining it at different speeds only affected the distance you'd travel which was acceptable.

I'd be grateful if you guys can fix this as soon as possible. He's my main champ and it is really difficult to play him effectively with this bug. I die when i shouldn't, I am unable to secure kills effectively. Its really affecting my gameplay with him.

If you want to reproduce the issue, simply start a custom game, level him up to 3 and keep doing W-E-Q. Its a drift so you should put the mouse cursor to where you want him to drift to when you execute the combo. You should see him Q before E about 1/2 the time. Its even more likely to happen if you execute it while standing still.

Thanks.

I have a little more detail on this bug. I believe it has to do with how the combo interact with his W. If I do W-E-Q really fast, Q executes before E 9/10 times however, if i cast W and wait a bit then E-Q it works as it should no matter how fast I execute E-Q as long as I pause about a 1/2 second after casting W.
