What about the part where Draven can get stacks by using Q on GP's barrels? Isn't this the intended fix for disabling him? -_-

Re-enable GP for ranked. You guys shouldn't let lore control the game. He should only be disabled for the new game mode and map. Doing it for ranked is just plain stupid. Good Job Riot you fucked up this time.
